Description:
Prostomium without glandular ridges. Buccal tentacles papillose. Four pairs of gills. Segment 3 with chaetae. Notopodial chaetae of segment 4 usually absent, notopodial chaetae of segments 5 and 6 always present. Twelve uncinigerous thoracic segments. No notopodial cirri. Thoracic uncini usually with two series of teeth.
