Genus Dinophilus

O. Schmidt, 1848

Description:
Prostomium with kidney-shaped pigmented eyes. Prostomium, buccal region, and segments with transverse ciliary rings. Posteriorly with conical ventral caudal appendage ('tail'). Whitish. One ciliary ring per segment. Males extremely reduced in size.
