Genus Gyptis

Description:
Body short. Prostomium with three tentacles and two annulated palps. Parapodia biramous, with simple notopodial and compound neuropodial chaetae. Tentacular and dorsal cirri long and annulated. Proboscis with ring of papillae. Jaws absent.
