Genus Sabellides

Milne Edwards, 1838 in Malmgren, 1866

Description:
Prostomium without glandular ridges. Buccal tentacles papillose. Four pairs of gills. Segments 5 and 6 with notopodial chaetae, segment 4 usually fused to segment 3 and without notopodial chaetae, segment 3 often with small chaetae. Eleven segments with neuropodial uncini. No notopodial cirri. Thoracic uncini with 1-2 rows of teeth.
