Description:
Body long and thin.
Prostomium oval to rounded triangular, about as long as broad; without anterior 'horns'.
Thoracic parapodia with similar, triangular dorsal and ventral postchaetal lamellae and capillary chaetae. Abdominal parapodia with flat postchaetal lamellae and basally incised interramal lamellae, dorsally and ventrally similar.
Abdominal chaetae all with multidentate hooded hooks (M. minuta-chaeta).

Unknown.

Colour:
White to reddish, transparent.

Habitat:
10-50 m.

Distribution:
Eastern North Atlantic between Ireland and Spain, Mediterranean, Adriatic, Skagerrak to northern Ă–resund.
