Description:
Small interstitial worms with three or four body regions. Head region without appendages, in Psammodrilus followed by collar-like pharyngeal region. Thoracic segments with dorsal cirri, supported by aciculae. Abdomen with segmentally arranged ventral uncini. Anal appendages laking. Almost completely ciliated.
