Genus Terebellides

Description:
Stems of gills fused, four gills thus appearing as one quadripartite, lamellate gill. No eyespots. No lateral lobes on the anterior segments. Thorax usually with 17-18 segments bearing smooth notopodial chaetae. Thoracic uncini with long shafts. Abdominal uncini approaching pectinate form.
