Melinna elisabethae

Description:
Similar to Melinna cristata but the dorsal hooks behind the gills are strongly curved.

Size:
Incomplete specimen with 27 segments 22 mm long.

Tube:
Similar to that of Melinna cristata .

Colour:
In alcohol pink.

Habitat:
On sand or mud, from 12 to 2900 m.

Distribution:
Arctic, North Pacific, North Atlantic at least to the Skagerrak, possibly to Bay of Kiel.
