Potamilla torelli

Description:
As Potamilla neglecta but webbing rudimentary and collar reaching the base of crown, with short, broadly rounded ventral lappets (P. torelli-chaetae).

Tube:
Similar to that of Potamilla neglecta .

Size:
Up to 63 mm for 100 chaetigers.

Colour:
Living animal reddish or brownish with white spots. Crown very variable, usually light with brown bands.

Habitat:
Unknown.

Distribution:
Arctic, North Pacific, North Atlantic to Mediterranean, northern and south-western North Sea, South Africa, Madagascar, New Caledonia.
