Description:
Prostomium blunt, or broadly rounded, with or without four eyes; caruncle obscure.
Notopodial and neuropodial postchaetal lobes oval to broadly rounded.
Gills from chaetiger 1 to nearly the end of the body; only in anterior segments partially fused with postchaetal lobes. The first gill almost as long as the other ones.
All parapodia with finely winged capillary chaetae; from chaetiger 13-15 also 7-9 tridentate hooded hooks.
Pygidium with four cirri.

Size:
Up 32 to mm for 90 segments.

Colour:
Colourless.

Habitat:
Unknown.

Distribution:
Northeast Atlantic to Spain, Kattegat, Ă–resund.
